What's
a Gyros?
Gyros (Yee-Ros) is a traditional Greek sandwich that is made with
selected beef or beef and lamb meats seasoned with zesty spices,
thinly sliced and piled high onto a fluffy handmade pita bread. A
traditional gyros sandwich is topped with a flavorful sour cream
and cucumber sauce called Tzatziki (Zaa-Zee-Kee). |
